Raised in Orlando, FL, Tamara Bejar is a descendant in a long family history composed of dancers and entertainers. With over 22 years of experience, she has been dancing since the age of 6. 

She is currently studying with Teuruhei Kalani'ui Buchin (of the Mariteragi family of musical composers and entertainers in traditional and original Pa'umotu dancing) for Tahitian Ori and Hansen Paiali’i for Hula; attaining valuable & extensive training. To date, Tamara performs for audiences all along the east coast region.

Working as a substitute teacher at Lotus Music and Dance Studios for the past 2 years, she has choreographed and staged dance routines for the student recitals: CAPA 2007 & CAPA 2008. As a solo entertainer, she performs with the Hawaiian Express, Lei Pasifika, Kainoa - Inc in the NY tri-state area.
